Free Shipping within Ireland

  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Method: We use a DHL to ensure your watch arrives safely and promptly.
  • Order Confirmation: Due to the value of our watches, we will contact you to confirm ID and address details before shipping.

Collection in Person

  • Pickup Location: You can choose to collect your order in person in Dublin 2.
  • Notification: We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
  • ID Verification: Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when collecting your watch.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your watch, please review our returns' policy.

Return Conditions

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Watches must be in their original condition, and with all original packaging and documentation.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You can return the item in person or ship it back to us. For shipped returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
